The Start

The start of the day is super important.  You need to wake up early and get moving.  Coffee definitely helps with this.  It’s great if you look forward to coffee because it’s a motivator to get up and get moving.

If you are lying in bed and you know it is early and you need to get up and moving but you are feeling lazy, but then you think about how nice it would be to get a cup of coffee, that will help you get out of bed.

Because there is no way a nice hot cup of coffee is going to come and greet you in bed, you have to get up and go brew it.
